Worgify is software for welding, NDT, inspection and quality — the trades where a job isn't finished until it can be shown to have been done correctly. We build for that burden of proof, not around it.
Why we exist
Most of the record already exists by the time a job is done — the welds were made under a procedure, the tests run against a code, the findings raised and closed. Yet the handover dossier is still, in most shops, rebuilt at the end from scattered files. We think that's backwards. The MRB/MDR should assemble as the work happens, so closing a project is sealing what's already there.
A qualification isn't a PDF — it's a set of essential variables and a range they qualify. Worgify reads the variables and computes the qualified range, against the regime that applies: what a welder or a procedure is and isn't approved for. That's harder to build, and deliberate. It's the difference between a system that can tell you a joint is outside its range and one that only stores the paperwork after someone else noticed.
How we build
Vertical on purpose. Not a horizontal ERP, and we're not trying to become one. We go deep on welding, NDT, inspection and quality — qualification through to the sealed dossier — because that depth is the whole point.
EN 1090, PED, ASME IX, EN 15085, ISO 3834 — not separate editions of the product, but a cross-cutting layer that shapes how the same work is judged. You buy the suites for the trades you do; the regime rides along.
You already run an ERP, a CRM and accounting, and they're good at what they do. Worgify owns the part specific to provable industrial work and connects to the rest. Replacing your back office isn't on the roadmap — that's a commitment, not an omission.

Worgify is built and operated from Italy by a small, focused team.
