Both. The default is a hosted deployment in the European Union. If a client contract or your own policy requires project data to stay inside your walls, the same software runs on your own infrastructure — there's no reduced version, and the feature set doesn't change with where it runs.

Yes. The hosted deployment and its backups are in the European Union. If you run on-premise, the data is wherever you put it.

You take everything with you — a full export in open formats: the structured records, the attachments, and the sealed certificates and reports with their verification records. No notice period, no per-export fee. A record you can't remove isn't a record you own, so it's worth asking every vendor, us included.

It computes them. You record the essential variables — material group, thickness, diameter, position, process, filler — and the engine derives the qualified ranges from the rules of the applicable code edition. The code logic is in the software; the range you're entitled to is the output. Because the rules are versioned by edition, a record carries the ranges the standard in force at the time actually granted.

For welding procedure and personnel qualification: ASME IX, ISO 15614-1, ISO 9606-1 and AWS D1.1. Above those sits the regulatory regime as a cross-cutting layer — EN 1090, PED, ASME, EN 15085 and ISO 3834 — so one body of work can be presented against the framework a given client or authority requires. If the code you work to isn't listed, tell us; coverage is added deliberately, not claimed broadly.

It watches the UNI catalogue and alerts you when a standard you rely on changes — a new edition, a withdrawal, an amendment. You find out from the system rather than from an auditor. It flags the change; deciding what to do about it stays with your quality function.

A module is one capability — weld execution, procedures and qualification, NDT, the handover dossier, calibration, and so on. A suite is the set of modules a role runs on, gathered on one shared record. There are four suites: three by trade — Fabrication, NDT, Certification — and Quality by function, for whoever owns the quality system across them. You start from the one that describes you. Some modules are bundled inside a suite; a few (maintenance, projects, stock, the client portal) run across any suite. The code regime (EN 1090, PED, ASME IX, EN 15085, ISO 3834) is a layer you switch on per job, not a separate product.

It assembles as the work happens, not at the end. Every procedure, welder qualification, NDT report, material certificate and nonconformance is written once, on the record it belongs to, and collects into the MRB/MDR as you go. On consignment day the pack is already there to export sealed — instead of being reconstructed by hand from folders and inboxes in the last weeks of the job.

Yes. Issued certificates and reports carry a QR that anyone can check against the public registry — genuine or not, and in date or not — without calling your office. A record that can't be verified is a record nobody has to trust; verification is built in, not a separate service.

No. Worgify owns the part specific to provable work — welds, qualifications, inspections, the dossier — and the equipment and consumables tied to it (calibration, maintenance, filler-metal control). It is not a general ERP, a company-wide file system or an accounting package; it connects to those rather than replacing them.

By suite plus usage. You choose the suites your trade needs — Fabrication, NDT, Certification — add any modules that apply, and pricing follows the suite and how much you use it. There's no public price list because the mix genuinely varies by organisation; request a quote and we'll size it to what you actually run.

It depends on how many suites you adopt, how much historical data you bring in, and how much of your existing procedure and qualification library needs loading. We'll give you a realistic range for your situation when we scope the demo, rather than quote an average that won't fit you.

Not yet. We're a young product and we won't imply a certification we don't have. If your procurement requires a certified supplier today, we're not that supplier yet. If it requires one who can answer these questions precisely and back the answers in the software, we are. We'd rather lose a deal on this than mislead you into one.

English and Italian. The interface is available in both, and some content is written natively for its market rather than machine-translated, so it reads correctly to the people who rely on it. Additional languages are added where there's real demand.
