  1. Gather qualifications per person. Every welder qualification and NDT level a person holds sits on one competence record, with its range and its expiry.
  2. Let the rules watch validity. Confirmation, continuity and revalidation windows are tracked as rules, so a lapse is flagged before it happens.
  3. Match competence to the job. For any job, the people whose qualifications cover it are listed at a glance.

The competence record is the backbone

The backbone is the competence record — the same computed, code-aware qualifications the rest of Worgify produces, gathered per person instead of per certificate. Welder qualifications (ISO 9606-1 / ASME IX) and NDT levels (ISO 9712) sit together, each with the range it covers and the date it lapses.

The training itself sits on top, linked to the qualification it supports. This part is growing deliberately rather than claimed complete.
