The steps, explained
- Receive the batch with its certificate. Filler metal and consumables enter as batches, each carrying its EN 10204 inspection certificate.
- Enforce baking and issue. Baking, holding and re-bake are tracked and enforced before a consumable is issued to the work.
- Trace the batch to the joint. The consumable batch is linked to the joint it fused, so traceability is recorded, not reconstructed.

Consumable control, not a general warehouse
Consumable control is a welding-shop discipline first: filler metal is a batch with a certificate, a baking regime and a trail to the joint it fused. This module runs alongside whichever solution you use and shares the material record with traceability.
