Solution
Non-destructive testing
Runs non-destructive testing (NDT): from the client's request to the signed report.
For testing labs and inspection companies, and for workshops that test in-house.
How it works
Three steps, in plain words.
Take the request
Method, extent and acceptance criteria come from the request. The tests to run are created for you.
Plan it and test on site
Assign inspectors and instruments on the calendar. The inspector fills in the report on a tablet, even offline.
Sign and hand over the report
Before signing, Worgify checks qualification, calibration and procedure. The client checks the report by QR.

This is for companies whose business is the inspection itself — and for fabricators who run the examinations on their own welds: add it to Welding and the report writes to the same joint.
You inspect other people’s work — a weld, a casting, a length of pipe — and the report you sign is your product.
Your system of record is not the structure; it is the inspector, the instrument and the method, and the evidence that all three were valid on the day.
Worgify captures readings offline at the joint, checks qualification and calibration at the moment of signing, and issues a report the client can verify against your registry without picking up the phone.
In the field or in an accredited lab
The two run the same twelve methods; the difference is the operating model, and Worgify holds both.
- In the field — technicians on a client site, mobile and offline, syncing when a connection appears. RT, UT, MT, PT and the rest, recorded where they are performed.
- In an accredited laboratory (ISO 17025) — samples registered on intake; work refused outside your scope of accreditation; instruments blocked when calibration lapses. Uncertainty travels with the result. A wrong report is never edited: an amended report supersedes the frozen original, so the assessor sees what changed and why.
