Solution

Inspection plans

Runs the job's inspection and test plans (ITP): every stage, who witnesses, who signs.

For manufacturers and quality managers whose clients and notified bodies witness the checks.

How it works

Three steps, in plain words.

1

Build the plan from a template

Start from a template for the product type and standard, then adapt it to the job.

2

Work stops at hold points

Client and notified body are invited to witness. The stage stays locked until they sign.

3

Close the nonconformances

If something is wrong, the nonconformance (NCR) starts from the stage and closes with the corrective action.

Details

An inspection plan is only worth something while it matches the work. Inspection plans starts from a template for the product and the code, adapts it to the job, and then follows it step by step: who signs, who has to be there, what is still open.

When a step is a hold point the parties are invited and the work waits for their signatures. When a revision changes the plan, the differences are visible line by line and only one revision is ever in force.

A nonconformity raised on a step stays tied to it until it is closed — and everything lands in the same handover dossier.
