Scope of these terms

These terms apply to your access to and use of the worgify.com website and the information, pages and materials it contains (the "site"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms concern the website only. They do not grant any right to use Worgify software or services. Any use of the Worgify platform, whether hosted by us or deployed on your own infrastructure, is governed by a separate licence or subscription agreement between you (or your organisation) and Worgify. Where these website terms and that separate agreement address the same subject, the separate agreement governs your use of the software.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of it. In particular, you agree not to:

• use the site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server on which it is hosted, or any connected server, computer or database;
• probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site, or breach its security or authentication measures, without our written permission;
• introduce malware, or any material that is malicious or technologically harmful, to the site;
• copy, scrape or systematically extract content from the site for republication or for building a competing dataset or service, except as permitted below;
• impose an unreasonable or disproportionate load on the site's infrastructure, including through automated requests.

We may suspend or withdraw access to the site, in whole or in part, without notice, if we reasonably consider that your use breaches these terms.

Intellectual property

The site and all content on it — including text, layout, graphics, logos, the Worgify name and marks, and the design of the pages — are owned by Worgify or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you.

You may view the site and print or download individual pages for your own reference. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the site without our prior written consent. Any use of our name, logos or marks requires our permission, except where the law allows use without it.

No warranty — the site is provided "as is"

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that defects will be corrected, or that the content is accurate, complete or current.

Descriptions of the Worgify platform on this site are informational and do not form part of any contract. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

The site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. Those links are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party site, and a link does not imply our endorsement of it. Your use of a third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the site, are governed by the laws of Italy.
