Customer access · public QR verify
Client portal & verification
The certificates and reports you produce are for someone else — yet today you email PDFs and field "is this one still valid?" calls, and a third party has no way to confirm a document is genuine.
How it works
- 01
Issue makes a record shareable
A certificate or report becomes visible to its client only once it's issued — drafts and work in progress never are.
- 02
Each client sees only their own
Access is scoped per customer, so a client opens their work and no one else's.
- 03
Anyone verifies from the QR
The QR on a document checks it against the public registry — genuine or not, in date or not — with no account.
What it covers
Customer access
Each client sees their own certificates and reports, current and historical, in one place.
Public QR verification
Anyone can confirm a document is genuine and in date from the QR on it — no login.
Issued-only gate
Clients and the public see issued records, never drafts or work in progress.
Per-customer scoping
A client sees their work and no one else's — scoping is enforced, not a filter.
Handover without email
The dossier and its documents delivered in place, not as an attachment to chase.
The delivery side of the record
Everything the platform produces — a welder certificate, an NDT report, a sealed dossier — is evidence meant to be read by a customer or a third party. This module is the delivery side of that: the client sees what is theirs, and anyone holding a document can check it is real from its QR, against the same record that produced it.
Nothing leaves as an email attachment to chase, and nothing a client shouldn’t see is ever exposed — the portal shows issued records, scoped to the customer they belong to.
